Loughborough's club
house is a great venue for parties and events. If you would like to find

COST

Club Members
- Deposit ~ £25
- Payment on night ~ £6
per hour (or part thereof)

Non Members
- Deposit ~ £25
- Payment on night ~ £12
per hour (or part thereof)

AVAILABILITY
- Access for entry once
during the day of the event.
- Bookings usually commence
at 7pm and finish at 12am.
- Bar usually closes at
11pm
OTHER INFORMATION
- Bookings MUST be
confirmed in writing with the deposit within 1 week of the verbal
booking. If this does not happen then the room will be released and
available for hire.
- The kitchen is not booked
unless stated in the initial booking. A fee of £10 will then be added
to the deposit for non members.
- If the bar is required after
11pm, persons hiring the club must pay for the application for a late
license.
